Danielle Campbell

I grew up loving food and watching people cook. Then I took photography in school and fell in love. After culinary school I figured why not combine my two favorite things? I like my food to have as much flavor as possible. Well-seasoned and using fresh herbs as often as possible. I also like to make my food look beautiful, that doesn't mean it has to be perfect but it should look delicious. Remember, you eat with your eyes first.

Emily Chave

I really got into cooking when my husband was diagnosed with celiac disease 11 years ago. I had to learn how to cook and bake using gluten free ingredients to make sure he had safe food to eat each and every day. It wasn’t until earlier this year that I decided to launch my Instagram page and share all of my home cooked gluten free food with the world. I launched my blog, Glutenless Apron, in May 2020, and I spent the summer taking online food photography courses, and here we are!

Melanie Hadida

I used to be a picky eater but soon discovered that cooking was my way of expanding my culinary horizons and customizing my eating experiences. I love that cooking is infinitely creative and educational. As I became more confident in my skills, I began cooking more and more for friends and family, often having people over for brunches and dinners. I get endless enjoyment from cooking for other people and it’s the perfect way to bring everyone I love around the same table.

Spencer Lawson

I learned to bake in a kitchen the size of a postage stamp. 2 years later and I now love to share tips I have learned about efficiency and organization that will make even the novice baker feel comfortable in the kitchen! Baking should be sweet (but not TOO sweet), fun, and accessible to everyone!

Julia Estrada

As a child, I was encouraged to study any artistic discipline I took an interest in, from ballet to piano to painting to theatre. If I wasn't in a class learning about my latest artistic obsession, I was at home with my mom, cooking and baking up a storm. In 2019 I started my blog, Bread & Basil, to share the culinary work I had been doing since childhood.

Meredith Youngson

From a very young age I was obsessed with food, so it made sense to learn how to cook delicious things.

I taught myself to cook through reading food blogs,TV shows, magazines and taking inspiration from my travels. My recipes are a melting pot of experiences, flavors, and people I have met. Blogging and social media has been a fun way to share what I’ve learned, and learn from other cooks.

Erin Clarkson

New Zealander and ex-Brooklynite, Erin's journey to food blogging was anything but linear (in fact, it included working on an oil rig). The recipes on her blog, Cloudy Kitchen, are inspired by ingredients and flavor combinations that she loves—notes of New Zealand, farmers market finds, and whatever else happens to inspire her!
