Is there a warranty on your Milo cast-iron cookware?
We offer a lifetime warranty on our Milo cast-iron cookware. That means, if at any point in the lifetime of your Milo it becomes unusable due to normal use, we’ll replace it, free of charge. If you can’t tell, we really believe in Milo.
Does your warranty cover chipping?
No, chipping is not covered by our warranty.

Enamel Dutch ovens must be handled with care. They are made of vitreous enamel which is made from glass. This can chip due to the delicate nature of the material. Proper care should be taken to protect your cookware. Wood and silicone utensils are your best friends. Metal utensils should not be used on your Milo.
What does your Lifetime Warranty cover?
For the lifetime of the product, Milo will replace any item found to be defective when subject to normal home use and cared for as per the included instructions. Minor imperfections, surface marks, and minor color imperfections are natural and normal due to the handcrafted technique that makes each piece so unique.
Are there any exclusions to your Lifetime Warranty?
Our lifetime warranty excludes damage from misuse, abuse, improper care & cleaning, neglect, accident, fire, loss, or commercial use.
