Sofia Noceti
Bio
From branding to graphic design, to art direction to publishing, Sofia Noceti, a designer and illustrator from Buenos Aires, Argentina, continuously embeds her multidisciplinary work into her creations, always infusing and developing her recognisable aesthetic, detailing ethereal compositions and whimsical colour palettes.
Inspiration for project
These illustrations were inspired by the environment and responsible consumption. In these illustrations, we can see depictions of plants and day-to-day items like ceramic jars. By playfully mixing everyday life and nature, Sofia is encouraging a more conscientious approach to daily living habits, including avoiding the use of disposable plastics and household items.
All these illustrations were hand drawn on paper before being converted into digital. Sofia was interested in the concept of the circle, as it is a gentle reminder every time we use the dishcloth that we are all part of this planet and it is our duty to take care of it.
