1 ½ shots dry gin (such as Bombay Sapphire)

1 ¼ shots apple juice

¾ shot rosemary simple syrup

¾ shot lemon juice

¼ shot aquafaba

1 sprig of rosemary for garnish


Combine first 5 ingredients in a cocktail shaker or mason jar, then pour into a tall glass over ice.

Serve with a sprig of rosemary.
