Ingredients

1 ½ shots gin (such as Bombay Sapphire)

¾ shot orgeat syrup

½ shot lemon juice

¼ shot apple juice

Club soda

Sprig of parsley to serve

Preparation

Combine the first four ingredients in a cocktail shaker or mason jar, then pour into a tall glass over ice.

Top it off with a splash of club soda and serve with a sprig of parsley.
