Equipment: Kana 9" Parchment Paper Rounds


1 packet Lulubelle Organic Gluten Free Vanilla Cake Mix

2 eggs (see note)

⅓ cup (85 ml) vegetable oil

¾ cup (180 ml) milk (see note)


Preheat the oven to 350 °F (180 °C) and line a 9" cake pan with a Kana parchment paper round. 

Pour Lulubelle mix and ingredients into a bowl. Blend with an electric mixer on medium for 5 minutes. Pour batter into prepared pan.

Bake cake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.

Note: For a dairy-free/vegan version replace the milk with your preferred plant-based alternative. Replace the 2 eggs with 2 tablespoons of flax meal or ground chia seeds mixed with 6 tablespoons of hot water. Let stand, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until thickened.
