1 cup (125 g or ⅓ packet) Lulubelle Organic Gluten Free Waffle & Pancake Mix

1 egg (see notes)

1 tablespoon (15 ml) vegetable oil

¾ cup (170 ml) milk (see notes)


Preheat waffle maker.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until well combined.

Pour mixture into waffle maker and cook until done, about 4 minutes.

Serve waffles with your favorite toppings like maple syrup, whipped butter, ice-cream or berries.

Note: For a dairy-free/vegan version replace the milk with your preferred plant-based alternative. Replace the egg with 1 tablespoons of flax meal or ground chia seeds mixed with 3 tablespoons of hot water. Let stand, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until thickened.
