Equipment: Milo Ultimate Skillet


8-10 large scallops

1 teaspoon sea salt

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 tablespoons salted butter

½ cup lemon juice

1 garlic clove, minced

1 pinch red pepper flakes

¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped


Pat the scallops dry and season with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Once oil is sizzling, add the scallops and sear on both sides until browned - about 2-3 minutes each side. Remove scallops from the skillet and set aside.

Reduce the heat to low. Add the butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, red pepper chili flakes and parsley. Cook until fragrant - about 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat.

To serve, plate the scallops and drizzle sauce. Enjoy!
