Equipment: Your favourite popsicle molds


2 heaping cups (330 g) mango, diced (frozen is fine)

1 1/2 cups (360 ml) peach, mango or orange juice

3 oz white rum or vodka

2 tsp (14 g) honey

1 tbsp (12 g) chia seeds

Juice from 1 lime

10 mint leaves

pinch of salt


In a high speed blender or food processor, add all ingredients. Blend for about 30 seconds, until mostly combined (doesn’t have to be perfectly smooth)

Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 5 hours, or overnight.

Remove from mold and enjoy!

Note: Leave out the rum or vodka to make these treats non-alcoholic.
