Equipment: The Ultimate Skillet


3 tablespoons sesame seeds

1 tablespoons black sesame seeds

1 tablespoons hemp hearts

1 tablespoons chilli flakes

1 tablespoons coconut sugar

1 sheet of nori


In a small bowl, combine the sugar, chilli flakes, hemp hearts and black sesame seeds. Using a spice grinder or blender, blitz up the sheet of nori to small flakes.

Heat up your skillet to medium-high heat and add your sesame seeds. Toast, stirring the seeds around constantly until they become fragrant, just a few moments later they will begin to take on color and become golden. Remove from heat and tip the seeds out into another bowl to cool.

Once cooled add the nori flakes and the sesame seeds to the other ingredients and stir to combine. Store in an airtight jar for future recipes.
