Good Alternative to Non-Stick Cookware

The only complaint I have about the kana "Parchment Paper Sheets" is that the maximum oven temperature for their use is NOT printed on the box. I learned about the maximum temperature in an article on the kana website which stated it is 428F or 220C. I use the paper in my Zojirushi Micom Toaster Oven; and I have roasted fish at 420F and baked sweet potatoes at 400F with no issues.
