So far it’s great! Originally I was hesitant as I am used to a glossy smooth inside but I wanted to try a black one but didn’t realize it’s a different texture. However my bread does not stick so it’s totally fine ! I love the design and color and price. I do like Le creuset but I can’t afford it. This is a great alternative and the design is a little more hip than traditional . This is working just as fine as a le crueset . So happy. I’ve heard the color may chip but I’ve only seen one imperfection on the side of the lid since I got it and it looks sealed still.
My cast iron Dutch oven pot is great!! I have done baked beans, I have roasted a chicken!! Cleans up wonderfully!! Still looking brand new!! A MUST HAVE in your cabinet of special pots!!
