Dehydrated Citrus

1-2 Citrus Fruits of choice (lemon, lime, grapefruit and orange all work well)

Coconut Lime Fizz Mocktail

1 oz lime juice

2 oz coconut cream

3 oz light coconut milk

1 oz ginger beer

1 oz sparkling water

Dried lime wheel as garnish


Dehydrated Citrus

Preheat the oven to 170°F. and line a baking sheet with parchment paper and an oven safe cooling rack over top.

Using a knife or mandolin, slice citrus fruit about ¼ inch or thinner. Add citrus slices on the cooling rack.

Bake in the oven for 5-6 hours, turning the slices over every 2 hours, or until fully dried out.

Coconut Lime Fizz Mocktail

Add lime juice, coconut cream, and coconut milk to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.

Strain into a glass of choice filled with ice.

Add a splash of ginger beer and sparkling water and garnish with dried lime wheel.

Note:If you'd like, you can also rim your glass with sea salt.
