Equipment: Classic Dutch Oven
12 oz fresh or frozen cranberries
¾ cup agave syrup
Zest of 1 lime
2 tablespoons lime juice
½ teaspoon kosher salt
2 Serrano chilis, thinly sliced
Add cranberries, agave, lime zest, lime juice, salt and Serrano chili to a large Dutch oven over medium high heat. Bring to a boil, constantly stirring. Adjust heat periodically to prevent scorching.
Cook until thickened and cranberries burst, about 15-20 minutes.
