Ingredients
1 package Lulubelle gluten free bread mix
1 teaspoon garlic powder
3 teaspoons dried oregano
½ teaspoon kosher salt
2 tablespoons diced fresh chives
1 ½ cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup + 2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon melted butter
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400℉ (200℃). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together Lulubelle gluten free bread mix, garlic powder, oregano, and salt. Add chives and cheddar cheese, stir to combine. Pour in milk and melted butter, mix until well incorporated.
Using a large ice-cream scoop, scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving about an inch spacing between each dough ball. Bake for 21 to 24 minutes, or until rolls are golden brown. Serve warm.
