Parchment paper: 8″ rounds of paper
Cookware: Ultimate Skillet
2 cups (500 g) corn flour*
¼ tablespoon (1.25 g) salt
1 ⅓ cups (330 ml) water
Mix corn flour, salt, and water until it forms a uniform dough.
Shape dough into 8 balls.
Line a tortilla press with Kana parchment paper.
Place a ball of dough on the parchment paper and add an additional round of parchment paper on top.
Close the tortilla press to get a nice, round tortilla.
Heat skillet and cook each tortilla for 1 minute on each side.
Fill with your favourite ingredients (diced vegetables, cheese, fish, meat, beans).
