Equipment: En Papillote Essentials Parchment Paper


½ cup (64 grams) (1stick) unsalted butter, room temperature

3 garlic cloves, grated

1 tablespoon (17.07grams) Calabrian chili paste

2 tablespoons (34.14 grams) parsley, minced

1 tablespoon (17.07 grams) fresh oregano, minced

Kosher salt

½ (64 grams) cup parmesan, freshly grated

1 large baguette sliced in half lengthwise


Preheat the oven to 450℉.

Add butter, garlic, Calabrian chili, parsley, and oregano to a small bowl. Mix until combined and season with salt.

Add bread to a parchment lined sheet tray. Spread butter mixture all over the cut side of your bread. Add grated parmesan over the top and bake 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
