I bought a white version of this skillet from Milo four years ago, and it’s still one of my favorite cast iron skillets. It’s heavy, so the helper handle is great for moving the pan. It cooks everything so well, including meats/fish, casseroles, stir fries, homemade buttermilk biscuits, etc., with just a little butter or oil to start. The pan is deep, so it holds a lot. Cleanup is a breeze as well with just soap, water, and a soft sponge. I also have several Le Creuset and Staub pans, and I reach for my Milo pan more. The enameled finish just seems more durable. Please add more sizes!
